I have succesfully slipstreamed windows xp. I have spent days trying to
slipstream office 2000, Ihave created an iso but it is too big for 1 disc. I
tryed 2 discs but the programme doesn't load properly. Can anyone help please.

Your problem is that slipstreaming Office 2000 with all 4 Service packs requires a
DVD not a CD since it is large at the end. With Office 2000 you need to slipstream
each Service Pack one at a time. SP 4 for example will need each SP before that.
You will need to have a few DVD disks at hand so when you are finished you will have
a single DVD of Office 2000 with SP4

Order of slipstream (5 DVD's to get 1 final one) Office 200 SP2 does not include SP1
and so on

SP1
SP1a
SP2
SP3
SP4

Thank you for your help good idea.
But why can't I update the iso file I created, on the hard drive, and then
when all sp updates are done burn a dvd.

Because all the updates are different. You cannot do it all at once as you have
already found out by posting that it is too large to fit on a disk

They're only about 25p each....

I have another problem.
Trying to install updated to SR-1a. During install I get several messages
that files are missing.
1. < drive >\Microsoft Office\Office\1033\OLSEC9.AW
2. " " " " \OLSEC9.CHM
3. " \Programe files\system\system.MDW

It allowed me to skip these files and office seems to run ok.
However when I try to slipstream SP3 it fails. I can only think that it is
because of these missing files.
Any Ideas out there.
Terry
