Slipstreaming SP1 to Outlook 2003

Hi

I am trying to slipstream Office 2003 Sp1 to an admin install of Outlook
2003 with no success. I am using the command:

msiexec /p C:\OFFICE2003SP1\MAINSP1ff.msp /a
G:\install\outlook2003\outls11.msi /qb

But get the following error message:

'This installation package could not be opened. Verify
that the package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a
valid Windows Installer package.'

Does anyone have any ideas for this?
