Sllloooooowww launch

Ever since I upgraded to Outlook 2007, I've experienced a problem when I
launch it. Without fail, it take five minutes and ten seconds (plus or minus
five seconds) to come up. I've disabled all add-ins. I've tried reinstalling.
Nothing works. Other Office 2007 apps appear to be well behaved, but no
matter what I do to Outlook, it takes a long time to launch.

I've researhed this on the Internet, including MS KB, without any success.
Doe anyone have any ideas?

Recreating your mail profile after an upgrade is highly recommended.

If that doesn't fix it, specify your configuration details.
