sloooooow drop down boxes in MS office suite.

Hello all

No matter which application I open in office, I encounter the same problem. While trying to navigate in a drop down box, like choosing a seperarte directory to save a file, the drop down list takes several seconds to open. I have checked my system processes, and I am running at only 4% proc speed and my Memory is about 25%. (Thats what Task Manager says.
