Hi,
My Win2k/Sp4 Outlook2000 clients are complaining about very slow access to
Exchange2000 email from their Outlook clients. For example :
When users are trying to login to their mailbox and click on an email in the
inbox creates a delay of 30 - 120 seconds for the email to show in the
preview pane. Or clicking on any Outlook folder (Inbox,Outbox etc) creates
the same delay. At the same time Outlook is not responding. After the first
"login" delay, everything is working fine. This behavor is the same every
time they open their mailboxes.
There are no network issues on my 100Mbps LAN.
Configuration details :
Win2000/sp4 clients with Outlook2000
Exchange2000 Enterp. /sp3 on a Win2000/sp4 Std. Server
All clients are members of an NT4 Domain and there is a 2-way trust with
the Win2k domain that hosts the Exchange Server.
Are there any login issues when having trusts that make mailbox access too
slow ?
Are there any parameters to change for having better access time ?
Thanks in advance
