Slow Cursor

In the last week the speed of my cursor in Office has become incredibly slow.
It's just in Office. In all other apps the speed corresponds correctly to
the speed I set in Control Panel for cursor movement. However, in Office
apps when I want to move the cursor, it moves about one cell a second (in
Excel).

I can't find anything, anywhere on this problem. Suggestions?

For those that may be interested in the future, I figured this out. It was
an add-in from Cisco called Click-to-Call.
