Slow File Access

When I try to Open or Save a Word or Excel file, it takes a long time to work
through my file strucuture, and it seems that the disk access is VERY slow.
I do not have this problem with using Windows Explorer, and it therefore
seems that Office 2003 is the issue. I have a very fast/new PC, so that is
not it either. Any suggestions -- it is VERY frustrating.

Hi, pcwhite. Right-click on the 'My Computer' icon on your Windows desktop,
left-click on 'Disconnect Network Drive', and disconnect any mapped network
drives that are not currently available.
