When I initially launch word, excel, or powerpoint - I
get a message about "Preparing to Install" and
then "Installing additional features".
It takes 1 minute before I can use excel. Once loaded,
the application comes up very quickly. Example with
Outlook running word comes up quickly, because it is pre-
launched in Outlook.
