It seems like a brilliant suggestion put forthby an individual "Sendou (HK)" has resolved my problem and perhaps will solve all similar problems reported.
Sendou suggests to Open Norten Antivirus>select Option>select Miscellaneous>uncheck the box office plug-in.
Apparently there is a conflict please read his message.
