Slow Multiuser Reports

I have a multiuser setup running a database. When I run
queries or open a table from a PC on the LAN accessing
the data on another PC they open quickly. However, when I
run a report the report keeps running and running ........
eventhough the query that is used by the report.

On the main PC the reports come up quickly.
