Slow opening Office after ungrading to Leopard

I lost my harddrive. Apple sent me a new one. I installed Leopard
then installed Mac for Office 2004. Now I have trouble opening
Office. It says there is "error uploading microsoft office framework"
everytime i open it. It eventually opens, but it takes 2 minutes.
Any help?
