Slow Outlook after removing the first Exch2003 server

Hi.
I've migrated from Ex5.5 to Ex2003. Because on SRS service and exchange
cluster in one site I've had to install temporary exchange2003 server
(without any mailbox) and the new exch. cluster then.
After migration I've removed Ex5.5 server and the temp Ex2003 server then
(by MS KB822931-How to Remove the First Exchange... ).
But my outlook clients want to communicate with the old removed server
althouhg in their outlook profiles are setting the new server (in which they
have their mailboxes). And the outlook responses are very slow.
Have you any idea how to resolve this trouble?

Thanks Tom.

Have you tried creating a new profile for a few of the clients to see
if it fixes the problem? I've have profiles not update with the new
public folder store, which leaves the clients trying to communicate
with the server that's no longer there.

If that doesn't work, verify that you replicated the system folders
before you removed the old server.
