Slow Outlook w/exchange on win98

I put up a new 2000 server with exchange server 2000. My
Outlook 2000 on the windows 2000 workstations work
great. However the workstations with Win 98 hang when I
run outlook 2000 (task mgr says NOT RESPONDING). The win
2000 server is running DNS, AD and wins. Is there some
setting or protocol I might be missing.
