i have an Access 2000 database that has some VBA code
using recordsets to delete and append data to tables
stored localally within the database. the problem i am
running into is that when i run the code, it works fine,
but it is slow. then if i close the database, reopen it
and run the same code, it runs MUCH faster.
i don't seem to remember having that problem in Access
97. does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be
the problem?
thanks, dave
