I am trying to display a simple query in an OWC pivot table. For some
reason scrolling through the table is incredibly slow. While if I
export the pivot table to Excel the performance within Excel is more
than satisfactory. I understand from earlier discussions that the
reason is related to the OQC pivot table only requesting the data that
can actually be viewed therefore it has to be requeried when ever you
scroll down.
When scrolling down the PC beomes CPU bound with the CPU utilization
going to 100%. There doesn't seem to be any disk thrashing.
Is there a way to improve the performance? I am using OWC10.
