Hi,
We use Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000. The server is hosted by our provider
on the other side of a T1 line. We have about 50 Exchange users on our
network. We configured Outlook with an OST file and synchronize the inbox,
sent folder, calendar, contacts, plus another few folders. When we first
launch Outlook, the send/receive process takes sometimes up to 5 minutes
even when we just closed Outlook a few minutes earlier after having
retrieved all new items. We have configured Outlook to not download messages
over 50 Kb. The OST file is about 50 Mybtes. Do you have any suggestion for
optimization or troubleshooting? Thank you. P.
