Slow start

When I start Word (MS Office 2007 Professional) it takes way to long time. It
says Configurering installationsfiles, but it´s not the first time I open the
program.

I have tried to reinstall. All my other Office 2007 programs starts up fast.

My home version has no problems.

Can anyone help ?
