slow system

since the day i installed microsoft office 2003, my
computer is slow to launch any programs. i have already
deleted all internet files and cookies and made sure ther
are no programs that are automatically launching
themselves at start up other than my security software.
is there something i am overlooking?

Have you tried reinstalling the program? And if that didn't
help, have you tried removing and then reinstalling the
program?
