Since upgrading from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 all of users are
complaining about how slow it takes to open other users calendars. Sometimes
users have to wait up to a couple minutes before a calendar will open and
others are even complaining that it crashes their Outlook session. I assumed
the issue will fix itself when we upgrade to a new Exchange 2007 server from
2003, but after reading a number of other similar complaints specifically
about Outlook 2007 on the web, I'm not sure if Exchange is the issue.
We are currently running Outlook 2007 SP1 and I just downloaded and
installed the hotfix that is explained below, but it didn't help. Any other
advice?
