Slow when "Mark all as read"

HI,
I'am using wind 10 with Outlook mail 2007 and when I click "mark all as read"
the computer goes into "not responsive" mode for about One minute before executing the order.
What's wrong ? Any adjustment to make, 60 sec. in front of screen is a long time when you have something else to do.

I'am not getting any suggestions, should I understand that it is normal or
that nobody knows any thing about it ?

I should say it is slow executing the order "MARK ALL AS RED"
the application goes into a "not responding" mode for 60 seconds before exciting the order.
What's up anybody?

Are you using cached or classic mode? Outlook Anywhere?
and what is your Computer Configuration
