Slow when typing

Hi all,
Have a SBS2003 server with 9 clients, Outlook 2003, all is working well.
One fo the clients has an issue with outlook where when typing text in the
body the text is extremely slow to come up. is has a real delay, so bad i was
shocked when i actually saw it. The user is a two fingered male typist.

no other user is experiencing this, work is good, checked the keyboard delay
etc but all looks ok. Only outlook is affected.

all latest service packs/patches are on the machine.

does anyone have any ideas i can try?

Using Offline Files .ost ?
How big is it ? ... tried deleting and re-creating ?
