Small Business 2000 SR3 install fails

I havejust re-installed Windows 98SE followed by Small Business 2000. The
SR1a update worked and so did SR3 update for disk2, but the SR3 English
update failed. I havetriedreinstalling after setting up Outlook and accepting
the Licenses where applicable in each application

Any ideas please?
