Small Business Customer Manager

When I enter a new contact into outlook 2000 a dialog box pops up asking me "Do you want to designate this contact as a Small Business Customer Manager contact?"

I am not familiar with this option and am unable to find any help topics on the subject.

Does anyone know where I might find some more information on this subject?
