Small Business

I have a very small business and I'd like to be able to use the functionality
of infopath, but all of the available options appear to be way too expensive.
An infopath enabled website is way out. I also can't afford to buy a copy of
it for all of my subcontractors. They all use Office 2003 stuff anyway and I
can't make them upgrade. Any ideas?

I'd recommed you the following 2 options
1. Browser Enable the Infopath forms and deploy it in ASP.NET 2.0 site
2. You've said that the users are using Office 2003, You can very well
leverage Infopath 2003 from that suite to build applications.
