I have been asked to do some maintenance work on an access 2003 database.
when opening db main window it displays "MY_DATABASE: database (Access 2000
file format)".
The problem is that I cannot make any changes as I have a very small number
of menus and options:
File > Close / Exit
Format > (menu is only shown in form design mode but with no options)
Window > (tile, cascade, ...)
Help > (... normal help options)
....and that is all !!
So I don't know if the limited menus have to do with the db being in 2000
format or if this was a .mde renamed into .mdb, or what !! There is no
autoexec disabling menus so I don't know where else to look.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanx
