I have a client running Win XP Pro (Sp2) with Outlook 2007 (Sp1). Printing
emails results in the header being printed normally, and the body of the
email printing with a left hand side margin almost in the middle of the page.
When we try landscape the left hand margin is about 1/4 of the way across the
page. The font, on the body of the email, is shrunk down to fit the message
in. Have checked the memo page/print settings which all seem to be correct.
Have checked printing from IE7, which is likewise, normal.
This problem has surfaced previously then gone away, now it has returned.
Emails that were printing normally a day or two ago, are now exhibiting this
fault. We tried a system restore to a couple of days back, when things were
working correctly, and this did not resolve the problem.
