Small Print Problem in Word and IE7 2003

I have been reading about the small print Problem for outlook 2003 and I am
encountering the same problem in word. After installing IE7 some documents
from Word and IE7 print with small font. We have noticed that it is on
computers that have Outlook installed but not active as Outlook is not our
default mail client. If anyone has a solution to this or any work around it
would be greatly appreciated
