Small spreadsheet opens with no toolbars?

Hello,

A coworker of mine opened a spreadsheet. She then clicked on a tab to open
another spreadsheet but that spreadsheet opened in a smaller window and does
not allow her to do anything and she can't close it unless she closes the
main spreadsheet. What did she do? When it is opened, there are no toolbars,
file menu, edit menu and so on and none of them will open when this smaller
spreadsheet is up.

How does she fix it??

That must be the little devil. lol. Anyway, she should try this - re-open
the spread sheet, and in stead of using the insert new worksheet command, she
should simply copy the existing worksheet (i.e. duplicate it) and clean it up
for use.

Also she should double check on the options (tools>>Options>>View) and
ensure all 4 top check boxes are checked.
