Small toolbar icons in Office 08

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

Is it possible to increase the toolbar icon size in Excel & Word, they are tiny - in Entourage there is a large icon option available and on my 20' iMac this makes the icon size just about ideal. I suspect that this wouldn't be an issue if there was a better choice of Display Sizings but running native 1680 x 1050 my eyes are feeling the strain

Word - like most apps - doesn't offer any alternatives re icon size.

Depending on the nature of your usage, however, you might consider dropping
your resolution a notch or two - I would thing a 20" screen would still
offer sufficient content even at 1280x1024 (or the equivalent - I'm not
familiar with the res options on that system). If your requirement is
serious you might also consider using the OS X Universal Access in System
Preferences to invoke Zoom. Using the keystroke capability to zoom in/out
may provide the relief you seek
