I presume you're using a Theme to get graphical buttons.
If so, you need to open the Theme and specify smaller
graphics (and probably a smaller font size as well).
Alternatively, you might prefer to create your own
rollover images for use as buttons, or upgrade to FP2003
and use its new Interactive Button feature.
