smaller time blocks in a larger meeting request

I have a user who works in HR/Recruiting and she is trying to set up a meeting request for multiple people to interview a potential new hire. What she wants to do is send out 1 email to about 10 users, but have their calendar only reflect the 30 minutes that they are scheduled for the interview, instead of the whole 5 hour block. I hope that makes sense, it's kinda hard to explain. Basically, if I was the 4th person scheduled to interview the new hire, instead of my calendar showing the whole 5 hour period, it would only show the 30 minutes the pertain to me. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this in outlook by sending out just a single meeting request? Or are we going to have to get a 3rd party meeting planner software?.

See if this approach might work for you:

Using a real newsreader instead of this interface will work better.
