Smart Art Graphic - Hierachy - Stop automatic formating

HI,
I am up to my wits trying to find an answer. No place to ask questions.
Finally , when I find one and you charge for the answer. I paid for my office
enterprise 2007, why should I have to pay to find an answer on how to use
it!!! I am insulted. I work with Offie 2007 on a daily basis and that is how
Microsoft treats me?

I have a question that needs answering by to-morrow.

I made a hierarchy, using Smart Art Graphics. The hierarchy is quite
complicated and I am doing all I can to keep it in a legal paper format. My
problem is trying to make corrections in one block without the whole graphics
going haywire on me. I would like to disengage the automatic formating so
that if I enlarge one form the others stay in place. There has to be a manual
setting somewhere.

Another question I have is how can I allign the forms so that they align
making a neat presentation. Is there a place where I can ask that the forms
highlighted are aligned and the same length. And the width between is the
same.

A third problen I have is that all of a sudden I am limited to how large a
form is. I cannot give it the size I want. or enlarge it as bib as I want.

I worked 2 full days on the graphic (that I had already done the week
before) just trying to make a few changes. Something that should have taken
me less than an hour to do, took me 2 days and still the forms are not
aligned perfectly and I had to reduce the font because I could not increase
the size of the form. I had so much trouble because the forms would bunch up
every time I did something.

I work with the French version of Office. Tried on both English and French
sites but found no answers. I am not sure is "form" is the right word.

I am exhausted trying to do a good job that should have taken me less than
an hour. I need to know how to disconnect the automatic ? so that the forms
do not bunch up. I am then obligated to take each form, enlarge it to the
desired size (if it will elt me) and place it where I want to not where Word
wants me to.

I do not know if I am going to get an answer. But it seems to me that if
Microsoft sells and Office system, it should be more available to the user.

Exhausted and very disappointed that Microsoft has no help for the people
that are comfortable with the Office products and use the product to do their
work on a daily basis, and for people who would like to exploit all the
facets of the software and take advantage of what the software has to offer.

Very disappointed on how difficult it is to find an answer. Hope to get an
answer.

You have found a place, which has nothing to do with Microsoft, where
dedicated volunteers respond to questions about using Word. Complaints
about Microsoft are irrelevant here.

But it seems that, despite all your verbiage and complaints, you have
not actually said what the problems are. What do you mean by "made a
hierarchy"? how do you do that "using Smart Art Graphics"? What do you
mean by "do all I can"? What do you want to align with what, and how
have you tried to do it? What size do you want your form to be? Etc.,
etc.

You need to say what you tried that didn't work so that someone can
figure out what you need to do instead.
