smart tag a document

I am constantly having to go from the top of a document to the bottom in
answering questions. Is there a way to quickly toggle back to the top or
where I was previously at in the document once I have completed the answer to
the report?

CTRL+End will take you to the end of the document and CTRL+Home to the
beginning. Shift+F5 will take you back to the previous three (?) editing
locations.
