Smart Tags Address Recognition - vs. - Utah Addresses.

I notice that Office "Smart Tags" does not recognize Utah’s Cartesian
coordinate addresses, as addresses.

Here are a few random format examples. (The addresses are not real but the
spelling and formatting is correct, except that the post office does not like
punctuation, and I did not divide them into two line addresses.):

These do not work at all:

120 SOUTH, 100 WEST, SALT LAKE CITY, UT. 84101
1305 WEST, 3000 NORTH, BOUNTIFUL, UTAH 84010
1540 W. 2400 S. MANTA, UTAH. 84642
4044 S. 1300 E. APT 123, PROVO, UT 84602
421 EAST, 1400 NORTH, TOOELE, UT 84074
374 E. NORTH TEMPLE, SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84101
6713 W. HWY. 92 CASTLE DALE UTAH 84513

These almost work:

3221 N. INDIAN SQUARE, ST. GEORGE, UT. 84770
PO BOX 127473, HONEYVILLE, UTAH 84314
345 S. MAIN ST. PARADISE, UT. 84328
6143 E. AMELIA EARHART DR. SLC. UT. 84116-2869

These actually do work:

123 S. LAGOON DR. FARMINGTON, UTAH 84025
8736 W. MAIN ST. SPRINGVILLE, UTAH 84663
