Smart Tags Compatibily

I've developed a Smart Tag with C#. I've Office 2003 and I've not found
problems.
If I registry the dll on pc that has installed OfficeXp I've many problems.
In the registry, the keys are correctly present and the test with "Recognize
Tester" (Microsoft Office 2003 Smart Tag Developer Tools) is positive.
But in Word --> Tools --> AutoCorrect Options --> Smart Tags tab, I do not
see my Smart Tag.
The Security in Tool --> Macro in setting to Low

why? Where is the problem?
