Running Windows XP Pro and Office 2003, specifically Word 2003. Attempting
to use smart tags to insert address after typing name. Although I get the
purple dotted line, when I open the smart tag options to 'insert address' I
get the error message 'Microsoft Outlook could not find the requested
contact' although the person in question IS in Contacts. Does the 'file as'
attribute (first name last name vs. last name first name) have any bearing???
Related question smart tags in my document reach into a corporate global
address list???
Thoughts?
