By default my calendar is set to show me what is happening in the 5 day view
(weekends included). This allows me to quickly know what is happening on a
weekly basis and ensure I don't get "surprised" by upcoming events.
Where this gets messy is when I open up another person's calendar and also
get their 5 day view. If I do this for a few colleagues, being able to make
any sense of the screen is impossible. I normally revert to a single day
when I do this as I'm looking at specific days.
Ideally, it would be good if Calendar would automattically revert to a
single day as soon as you open another users view.
Becasue I use both so often I have resolved this by opening 2 calendar views
and use which ever is relevant to what I am doing. It seems this could be an
option added to the next version to improve the Calendar display.
