Thanks to Barry Wainwright for the remove duplicates script.

I've made it a whole lot better.

Smart Remove Duplicates improves Barry's script by looking at SETS
of duplicates and keeping the "best" one of the set.

Flagged, Replied, Forwarded, and Read duplicated messages are kept
over unread duplicate messages, in that order.

This may take some extra time to run, so if that is not a concern,
use Barry's script instead.

This script will also give you the chance to look at a report
before actually deleting messages, and has a progress bar available if
the right scripting addition (24U Appearance) is installed.

To run, requires:
