smartphone onenote2007 installation

i have ipaq hw6945 which is smartphone - wm5
i install office 2007
and any way i tried to install onenote2007 on the ipaq i could'nt
on the activesync (4.5) it apper on grey
from the onenote - option-mobile - it is grey
i took the cab to the ipaq and also from there it was impossible to install

i took him to anther computer and the same

I got exactly the same problem on my HTC p4350. I'm so resigned because I use
OneNote every day at work.

Do you know where I can find the cab-file? I have not tryed to install it
from the phone.
