SMS Add-In won't Load

I have installed the SMS Add-In for Outlook sometime back, and it was working
before, but after some installs/updates of windows, I have discovered that
the SMS Add-In is no more loaded with Outlook start. The sms add-in is listed
in the Add-In manager, but checked OFF. Checking it ON, applying the changes
and re-opening the Add-In manager shows the sms add-in turned off again. In
the manager is shown that the sms-add-in is set to load at Outlook startup.

Please advice why the add-in is not loading. Thanks.

Look under Help->Disabled Items. Is it listed there? If yes, does
re-enabling it help?

Thanks Milly, your suggestion helped. By the way, location is Help > About
Outlook > Disabled Items.
