If there's a particular recipient you want to send to, look at the cell
provider for that recipient. Most SMS addresses have an internet SMTP
addressable address, but you need to find it. Outlook itself can't send an
SMS, it can just send an email to an SMS address.
I just found a sms add-on on the microsoft site. I am having a few problems
getting it to work correctly, but that is probably something to do with my
new phone. You can find the add-on by going to the link below, or by just
typing outlook sms and it will take you to that page. That is how I found
it.
