=SMTP added to outgoing addresses

An intermittant problem where Outlook 2000 and 2002 users
connected to Exchange2000 delivering mail to a .pst
(seems to be the common denominator - everyone else
stores their mail in the exchange mail store)

Occasionally, when sending a new message of replying to a
message, it adds =SMTP: to the address and then a NDR
eventually comes back.
