SMTP addresses not appearing in the Outlook 2k3 address book

The email field on the address book for the GAL on Outlook 2k3 clients
is showing the DN instead of the SMTP address. The Outlook 2k7 clients
show the SMTP address. I have poked around a bit and can't seem to
find where you can even change what is displayed in the address book
columns.

The issue is on all 2k3 clients and none of the 2k7 clients.

Exchange 2k7.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
