Hi
I have a client who is running Outlook 2003 which has recently
developed an error on sending mail relating to SMTP Authentication.
Receiving is fine and sending WAS fine. He insists nothing has changed
on his PC recently that could affect Outlook.
I have set up the account on a PC of my own and it works fine. Webmail
access is no problem for him. He is getting the same problem with
Outlook Express too.
The mailbox uses roaming smtp and not his ISPs SMTP server settings.
Authentication is on with the settings set the same as for incoming
mail.
Any ideas?
