The server responded:554 sorry your non localIP address (92.3.2.212) is not
allowed to send email via me.
prior to the prop I could send emails with no trouble at all.

Do you have a question? What does "prior to the prop" mean?

The email server is telling you that you need to be connected to same
network that it is connected to. This message usually appears when you're
connected to one ISP, but are attempting to use an SMTP server owned by a
different ISP; this is not allowed:

When I send a message I get it returned with a message from System
Administrator;
"550 #5.1.0 Address rejected"
"553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts"
"Relaying prohibited"

How do I fix this?

Sorry; prop should read prob as in problem
