I am having issues sending email via Outlook 2007. I am currently able to
send and receive email with my ISP, and a third party email. I have been
told that I can setup Outlook to send and receive my company email as well.
I can receive email on this address, but I cannot send.
What I get is this error message:
Task 'Perfect FHA - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot
connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider
(ISP).'
I have used telnet to mail.server.com and connected on ports 25 and 110
I have used telnet to smtp.isp.net and connected on ports 25 and 110.
My ISP says that they do not block any ports.
Incoming and Outgoing servers are the same for the email I am having issues
with.
