=smtp: Problem in Outlook 2000

Hi,

Whenever I send an email message with an email address
outside my company in the TO field, like:
(e-mail address removed)

I recieve an undelivered message. When I check my sent
items, I find the following TO field:
=smtp:[email protected]

All messages inside the company are sending correctly. All
other employees are not having this problem. Any idea what
the problem is.
