SMTP Problem w/ Google App's

All,
I'm using Google Applications to host my email ([email protected])... it has
worked perfectly up to the last week or so. I now can't send any emails from
Outlook 2007... everything works fine from the web interface but Outlook
only occasionally works.

I tried switching the outgoing server port from 465 SSL to 587 TLS but I'm
still getting an error.

It's not my Firewall setup, because if I disable and reboot I get the same
error.

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Cannot find the e-mail server.
Verify the server information in your account properties.'

All of the settings are as they have been for the last 2 Years except the
port 587

My MX Table is as follows:
