snap shots or pictures

Can anyone please tell me how to take a snap shot or copy
the contents of an entire page (toolbars, menues...ect.
everything) and then paste it in a word document.

Hit the PrintScreen key at the top right of the keyboard, then choose PASTE
inside Word.

I always use Alt-Print Screen (This will take a snapshot of the focused
window into the clipboard. If you want the whole screen, use Print Screen
all by itself.) You can paste that directly into a word document or trip
it down using Paint (All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint).
