Snap To Grid: Label vs. TextBox [Access 2002*]

Access 2002, database in 2000 format.

Just noticed this when setting up a form to be used
(manually) as a template. Grid is set to 24 x 24, default
U.S. settings.

If I create a Label, and grab the handles and manipulate it
to get it to snap to the grid, I get this Height: 0.2076".

If I create a TextBox, and do the same manipulations, the
Height settles in at 0.2083"

Why the difference?

Actually, that difference is in multiple versions. I think it may be because
there is a point size difference between the label and the text box font
sizes in the Normal template.
